James "Jim" Allen Osborne was born in Eugene , Oregon  1954

 Raised in Springfield, Oregon and graduated from Thurston Senior High School  1972

Masters of Divinity Degree, Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University , Fort Worth, Texas, 1988

Served  as Associate Minister at the First Christian Church in Mineral Wells, Texas 1986-87

Served as Pastor at First Christian Church, Ennis, Texas 1987-1990

Completed four units of  Clinical Pastoral Education at Harris Methodist Hospital: Fort Worth, TX. 90-91

Jim and wife Fran  have three sons, Roger, Matthew & Peter.
